We deliver within Germany and to the following countries: Albania, Andorra, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Georgia, Greece, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Kazakhstan, Kosovo, Croatia, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, North Macedonia, Norway, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, San Marino, Sweden, Switzerland, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czechia, Türkiye, Ukraine, Hungary, Vatican City, United Kingdom.

Shipping within Germany: € 5,95

Order processing time: 1 to 2 days

Order cut-off time: 16:00 (local time)

Throughout the working day, Monday to Friday

International deliveries:
Shipping to the EU: € 19,90

Unless a different delivery period is specified in the respective offer, goods are delivered within Germany in 3–5 days and internationally in 5–10 days after conclusion of the contract (where advance payment is agreed, after you issue your payment instruction).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship them together unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item you ordered with the longest delivery time.
