Information on the right of withdrawal

Right of withdrawal for consumers
(A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or self-employed professional activity.)

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day

– on which you or a third party nominated by you, other than the carrier, takes possession of the goods, if you ordered one or more goods in a single order and they are or are to be delivered in a single consignment;

– on which you or a third party nominated by you, other than the carrier, takes possession of the last item, or respectively.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Nutracosmetic GmbH, Bachstraße 29, Grassau OT Rottau 83224, telephone: +49 8051 6970 970, email: info@nutracosmetic.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from your choosing a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Grounds for exclusion or expiry
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts

– for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and whose production is determined by an individual choice or decision by the consumer or which are clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal needs;
– for the supply of goods that can deteriorate rapidly or whose expiry date would quickly be exceeded;
– for the supply of alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed at the time the contract was concluded but which cannot be delivered until at least 30 days after conclusion of the contract and whose current value depends on fluctuations in the market beyond the trader’s control;
– for the supply of newspapers, periodicals or magazines, except for subscription contracts.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts

– for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal was removed after delivery;
– for the supply of goods which, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature;
– for the supply of sealed audio or video recordings or computer software if the seal was removed after delivery.
